Edora

• The voriack no longer despawns when the zone where it is located is not loaded.
• It is no longer possible to /back directly into the boss area (still possible around).
• Phantoms that no longer spawned on the altars and at the boss are back.

Gaz

• The heating speed of the gas extractor has been reduced by 3 times.

Others

• Fixed the /f officer command that allowed bypassing R&D.
• Added the /f access clear command that removes all country access.
• When selling a country, the following actions are now executed:
  • Close actions
  • Reset bank access
  • Reset claim access (/f access clear)
  • Reset permissions
