💤 Mandatory template - Absences 💤

As exams and holidays approach, it is really important to report your absence.
A well reported absence may avoid your country disbanding.

For this you will have to respect the following template, otherwise the absence won't be taken into consideration :

In the title :
- "Your country name" - "Your pseudo (IG)" ⚠️ Only ⚠️

in the text :
- Your pseudo: (In Game) (required)
- Your country name: (in the text and the title) (required)
- Your role: in your country (required)
- Absence reason (required)
- Absence duration (required)
- Absence ending date (required)
- Required tag of all staff members ( i.e. all SuperModerators and Administrators)

Rules :

The two only valable reasons are the exams or holidays.
Otherwise, your absence won't be taken into consideration.
In other cases, you will have to carefully prepare your country management and give the leader role to a trustworthy person.
Absence for banishment reasons won't be considered too.

The scheduled scenarios in case of unreported / non compliant absence are :
- AFK Leader (more than 15 days), but officers are actives -->The leader role is given to a country officer (only staff decision)
- AFK Leader (more than 15 days), AFK officers (more than 15 days) --> disband of the country.

Of course, there is no disbanding during holidays. But if countries are missing for creation (which is really frequent),
countries which have not reported their absence (AFK more than 15 days) will be disbanded without warning.
Moreover, countries that don't contain 6 members in 7 days will be disbanded (even outside holidays).
The maximum absence duration is 2 months.
