In defense to myself I didnt realize there was a war request.
Ontop of this MM_2006 had griefed my town which I am filing a
report for. I was also suggested by staff members to start a new
country inwhich I did.

Due to the fact that you don't put Salvador as an enemy (IG), your lawsuit is refuse. However, you can post a war request for the reason "war following" in two days (after that Bolivia's protection is gone).
