Victim: Joemlito, leader of Kosovo 
Crime: illegal surclaim/unclaim, illegal loot. 
Today, i've lost a war against Cyprus, so they had 5 claim in reward, and like its wrote in the codex;
4.11.3 ♦ It is forbidden to use claims obtained by a war in order to only loot another country. The primary purpose must be to expand your country's land.
4.11.5 ♦ Claim lines less than 3 claims thick are prohibited wherever they are.
As you can
see, they surclaim me to loot my
country

The lawsuit is accepted.
@Colonel_Cupidon
will have to collect all the items stolen from Kosovo and contact
an OP. You have one week to do it or the amount of money
equivalent to the stuff will be doubled and taken by force.
Just a reminder :
