About US

[IRS] was formed from the active leadership of [CSAU] Centralo-South American Union inorder to allow for a wider variety of Allies. With this we have since reformed some of our policies and added a couple of new Allies! We are a group of friends who are willing to work in any project big and small, Assist each other grow, Work together Economically without fear of scams or betrayal and more!

Entrance Fee

We do charge a fee inorder to join the [IRS] International Ruby Settlement, We do this so that we can take the funds and help the alliance grow and expand. Hence allowing us to make purchases that the entire alliance can use, Pay people to get work done for the alliance and much much more. Every penny given to the alliance is reinvested in the alliance! So what is this fee your asking, We take either $35,000 and 1 free action or $60,000 straight forward, The funds will be collected upon application being accepted and Requirements being met. Payments for [IRS] International Ruby Settlement will never be collected by anyone except for Leadership of the Alliance.

What Do We Offer

• We offer a active growing community
• We have xp farms / spawners
• We have several enterprises for allies to use
• We have quite a bit of Farmers to progress country progress
• We don't allow scams or betrayals of Alliance Members
• We don't allow allies to take Wz from eachother (AKA We ask eachother)

Alliance Clauses

• Betrayal / Scams of Allies will result in Immediate Removal, Refund all Stolen Stuff and Pay a $32,000 Fine to the Alliance.
• Allies must ask before taking wz from a ally!
• If you kill a ally in wz you must return their gear failure to do so within a week will result in 2x refund of gear and a 15k fine (Half for Victim, Half for Alliance)!
• We will work together in cooperative alliance projects!

***IMPORTANT*** [IRS] International Ruby Settlement obtains the right to look over clauses / policies, Entry Fees, Fines and Regulations and any other functions of the alliance to make changes inorder to better the alliance! IRS also obtains the right to kick any member seen fit for the sake of the alliance!
