Multi-accounting on our servers

Hello everyone,

This message is here to put a little more clarity on the use of multi-accounts on the same IP (connection address). We are aware that some people from the same family play on the same IP, because they share the same connection. However, we have noticed, with bitterness, that some people transgress the fundamental rules of NationsGlory thanks to this process.

Indeed, we have noticed ban bypasses, fraudulent ratings, multiple country creations and exceeding the maximum 4 account limit. Some siblings, cousins and even relatives living under the same roof share the same IP and contribute to these transgressions of the Codex. We are now obliged to reconsider the issue of multi-accounts sharing the same connection on our servers.

Therefore, we consider that an IP is a player.

This implies the following consequences for you:

➜ If one of the players sharing the same IP is a country leader or an officer, it will be impossible for the others to be an officer or leader of another country, according to rule 3.11 of our Codex.

➜ If one of the members sharing the same IP is banned from a NationsGlory server and that permanently (either by an IP ban), it will result in the banning of the other accounts of that IP address. This is to avoid any transgressions of the Codex rule 1.10. This is also valid for minor sanctions (mutes, jails, temporary ban, ...) and will be interpreted as circumvention.

➜ If we have the "certainty", the "proven certainty", that they are indeed 2 distinct players it will be possible to consider the deban of the other.

It is also good to remember that you are supposed to use only one IP* (the one of your box) and that the latter is limited to 4 NationsGlory accounts. If by X or Y means you use other IP in order to circumvent a penalty or this limitation you expose yourself to much higher penalties. *This does not include the so-called dynamic IPs.
